Fondant: Wondering what fondant is? It includes gelatin (or agar in vegetarian recipes) and food-grade glycerine, which keep the sugar pliable and creates a dough-like consistency. Rolled fondant is rolled out like a pie crust and used to cover the cake. This gives the cakes a smooth appearance. Poured fondant can also be rolled out and used for this purpose. (Wikipedia)

Butter Cream: a sweet fluffy cream that is used to decorate cakes. It consists of powdered sugar, Sweetex, butter and flavorings.

Cream Cheese: another sweet cream that is used to decorate cakes. It consists of cream cheese, marshmallows, sugar, and butter.

Ganache: made from chocolate and cream. This is used to pour over cakes or to whip into a truffle filling.

Whip Topping: a cream that is whipped until fluffy. Used to decorate most cakes.

Dairy-Free Mocha Cream Frosting: a frosting that contains no dairy product or gluten, it does contain animal product.

Substitute Cake Flavors:

Gluten Free Chocolate: Our gluten-free cake contains no wheat or dairy products. We use a rice flour base to make all our gluten-free cakes.

Vegan Chocolate: Our vegan cake contains no animal products, such as eggs. For vegetarians or for those allergic to eggs.
